Manjar blanco

Señoras y señores, el dulce esta listo !
During my last visit to Cali Colombia, i was invited to assist to the preparation of this delicious sweet. Manjar blanco (arequipe) took a long time to be ready, but it worth it all the way. The smiling lady, was strictly supervising the process, very careful on timing and ingredients. At the end there was a lunch for everyone, and of course manjar blanco for everyone.

Morning light

It's true. Morning light is somehow amazing, a unique experience and so fast changing, it lasts only some minutes. It is a "must see and feel", if you get to wake up early in the morning. Photo: Mantraki harbour in Rhodes island.
